Capacity by Joe Flood Insurance is the MGA flood insurance program through Joe Flood Insurance Brokerage, Inc., backed by both Chubb European Group and Lloyd’s of London.  Capacity was created and is underwritten by the experts at JFIB for comprehensive flood insurance. Superior Coverage

Our forms are broader than the NFIP. With our JFIB endorsement on primary forms, we add replacement cost loss settlement, lender compliant guarantee, $100,000 in ICC coverage, and more. All coverage is RCV loss settlement.

A and A++ Paper

Capacity is written on Chubb European Group and Lloyd's of London paper, which is rated A++ and A by AM Best respectively. This gives assurance of great backing to you and your clients.

Plenty of Capacity

With both primary and excess capabilities split among two different programs, Capacity can write TIVs up to and over $250m with limits up to $10m. But because Capcity can layer with other programs, the possibilities are limitless.

  • Buildings under construction (case by case basis)

  • No waiting periods for any policy

The JFIB Endorsement

The JFIB Endorsement expands the standard Capacity flood insurance primary forms. The endorsement adds NFIP compliant language and broader coverages that are proprietary to Capacity.
