FEMA’s rating system will be down Jan 19th to 23rd

From January 19th to the 23rd, FEMA will be moving their Risk Rating 2.0 rating engine to the cloud.  According to FEMA, “This migration is critical for the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP’s) ability to provide a modern and effective technology infrastructure that supports business operations.”

This means that there will be a nationwide quoting outage from Thursday January 19th to Monday January 23rd.  During this time, we will not be providing NFIP quotes.  If coverage needs to be bound or endorsements, please plan accordingly by reaching out several business days prior to the 19th.
