Joe Rossi is the President and CEO of Joe Flood Insurance Brokerage. Joe is the founder and former Chair of the Massachusetts Coastal Coalition, a state based non-profit organization who advocates for and educates flood insurance stakeholders. Joe chairs the Independent Insurance Agent and Brokers Association’s (IIABA) Flood Insurance Task Force, and currently Chairs the Flood Insurance Producers National Committee. Joe was the prior Chair of the Town of Marshfield, Massachusetts Community Rating System (CRS) committee. In 2020, FEMA awarded Joe with the CRS Award for Excellence for his work with the CRS program. The award is one of the highest awards given by FEMA for floodplain management. Art is Joe Flood's COO and is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing functions along with agency relationships. In his most recent
role, he was a field marketing rep for Assurant Flood, the nation’s second largest writer of NFIP flood insurance. Art has been in the insurance industry for more than 22 years now and has been a flood insurance expert for the last seven. Art is a former agency principal, and he understands the day-to-day life of an insurance agent better than most. As such he employs a unique sense of empathy for the concerns of our agency partners. Art volunteers as the Education Coordinator for the Massachusetts Coastal Coalition and is a licensed CE instructor in 4 states.
